The Gryphon crew participated in the First Shipboard Culinary course, hosted at the United States Coast Guard Training Center Petaluma.

The U.S. Coast Guard trainers volunteered to spend their Saturday working with Sea Scouts.  The Gryphon crew learned shipboard cooking skills from the masters at the Coast Guard Training Center.
