T-508, the Mobjack, is  used by the Army Corps of Engineers in Norfolk, VA. 

The Mobjack serves as Harbor Patrol Boat for the Hampton Roads drift removal program and has a small hydraulic crane on the bow. 

Notice the bilge keel and what look like stabilizers.
