The Pacific Skyline Squadron was aboard the
Landship, and the Orderly set ashore. At 7 Bells, the Officers
fell aboard, and the 2003 Quartermaster Bridge of Honor was well underway.
2002 was a great year for advancement, with new Apprentices, Ordinaries, Ables, Mariner Helmsmen, Eagles, and Quartermasters. The Pacific Skyline Council's 2003 Bridge of Honor was attended with over 200 Sea Scouts, leaders, family members, and Quartermasters who came out for the grand night. The ceremony invoked much Sea Scout tradition, and was capped off with the Gryphon Quartermasters presenting the Skipper a new Palm Tree. |
